In this podcast episode, I share an idea that’s been brewing in my head for a few years now, and I can’t let it go. It’s got me SO excited.
But there’s a deadline to this offer so read on…
It is in a “raw and rough” form right now…
However, did I mention that it’s got me SUPER excited? And how I’d love to involve you.
Here’s the backstory…
For a few years, I’ve had conversations with other Christian women entrepreneurs with questions like…
“I’m busy, but I struggle to get the right things done in my business?” or
“Why am I avoiding doing the very things in my business that’ll help me achieve my goals? It doesn’t make sense.” or
“I need REAL accountability to get my most important tasks and goals done.” or the worst…
“God’s going to be disappointed in me,” or
“I never feel like I’m enough.”
Before this, I had an idea of a course, but found so many of us (me included) need REAL accountability to get the most important things done for our businesses, get F.O.M.O. or catch the case of ‘shiny object syndrome’ chasing courses, gurus and tactics until we’re overwhelmed and freeze.
Most of us need others to come alongside us to keep us on track with our dreams and business goals, and that’s not a one-and-done thing like a course.
And I don’t know about you, but I need cheerleaders in my life to lift me up when I get discouraged or disappointed and, some days, want to throw in the towel.
The more questions and comments I got like this, the more my wheels began turning that the course wasn’t the answer but a membership—a place to grow day-by-day, month-by-month and see the compound effect of our progress over time.
I started to see a place where we could…
We work through our core fears to go beyond just scratching the surface of our potential and tap into everything we’re capable of doing and being.
or
We’re learning to take the limiting lids off so we can grow our lives and businesses and step into another level of what we’re capable of doing and being.
or even…
A safe (and fun! 🥳) place where we can hold space for one another as we grow into who God’s called us to be...a place where we can show up fully ourselves without fear of rejection…
I dream of a place where…
Go deeper in our relationship with God so we can work from a place of resting in Father’s love and grace instead of stressing and striving…
And provide accountability, training and skills so we actually accomplish our goals and live out our dreams every day (instead of continually saying someday…but someday never comes.)
We’ll go from feeling like a ‘WANTrepreneur’ to becoming a ‘COURAGEpreneur.’
Like I said, it’s still in the works.
But you see the potential, right?
I can’t stop thinking about where a community dedicated to overcoming the lids holding us back, tapping into our full potential and taking our businesses to the next level so we have more impact and income. Where could this lead us in one, three or five years from now?!
THAT’S what gets me excited!
It’s the progress we’d all make by staying together with such a tight focus - that’s what fires me up.
But here’s what I’m VERY clear on…
I can’t do this alone and don’t have all the answers.
Currently, this idea is very rough around the edges.
It’s definitely not complete (yet), and there are many things we still need to work out.
