What If Your Next Business Breakthrough Is Already in You?
Have you ever felt like you were left holding the empty bag when God was handing out gifts?
I have.
For years, I believed I was just the helper—the girl who filled in the gaps, did what was needed, and stayed in the background while others shined. I thought everyone else got the "good stuff," and I was just... support staff.
But here’s the truth I discovered (and maybe you need to hear this too):
👉🏽 The very things that come easily to you might be the exact things God wants to use to take you to your next breakthrough.
🌱 Your Strengths Are Already in You
God didn’t leave you out. He didn’t forget to pack gifts in your go-bag. He designed you on purpose with strengths and abilities that are custom-made for the calling on your life and business.
Romans 12:6 says:
“However, since we have gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, each of us is to use them properly.”
But sometimes we miss them—because they feel too easy.
Too ordinary.
Too "well, that’s not a big deal..."
But ease doesn’t mean lack of value. Ease is often the evidence of divine design.
🔥 What’s Your Unique Ability?
I call it your Courageous Zone—that sweet spot where your personality, your perspective, and your purpose collide. It’s the thing you do without even trying, but when you do it on purpose? You come alive... and others are impacted.
You might be the calm in the chaos.
The organizer who brings peace to the clutter.
The one who can hear someone’s heart through their words.
The encourager who can lift a soul with a single text.
This isn’t just “how you are”—
It’s how you’re wired to serve.
1 Peter 4:10 reminds us:
“As each one has received a special gift, employ it in serving one another as good stewards of the multifaceted grace of God.”
🚀 Your Business Needs What’s Already in You
Friend, you don’t need to become someone else to grow your business. You need to become more of you.
The real you.
The Heaven-designed you.
When you lean into your gifts, you're not just working—you’re worshiping.
When you serve others with what God’s put in you, you’re creating impact AND legacy.
Your business gets to be the place where your gifts come alive.
💪🏽 Courageous Action: Discover & Use What’s Already in You
We’re not just hearers—we’re doers. So here’s your action step this week:
List 3 things you do naturally that others often struggle with (or compliment you on).
Name one unique ability—that thing you do that’s so you no one else could copy it.
Choose one intentional way to use that gift in your business or life this week.
Add it to your marketing.
Bake it into your services.
Use it to encourage someone.
Then watch what happens when you stop minimizing your gift… and start moving in it.
You’re not lacking.
You’re not late.
And you’re definitely not holding the empty bag.
