Think, Feel, Choose: How to Break Free from Overthinking and Step into Joy

Think
Your thoughts are seeds. What you think on repeat becomes your mindset.
Positive thoughts nourish your soul. Negative thoughts drain your energy and steal your joy.Feel
Emotions are just signals showing you what you’ve been thinking.
(Fun fact: a chemical emotional reaction only lasts 90 seconds unless you choose to stay in it!)

Your actions flow from your feelings.
Empowered feelings lead to courageous actions. Fearful feelings can lead to self-sabotage.
When you reset your thoughts and emotions, you naturally make better choices—and step into your calling with confidence.
You’re not stuck with the mindset you woke up with. You have the power to think, feel, and choose your way into the life God has for you.
And it starts with directing your imagination—one Philippians 4:8 thought at a time.

Practice the "Think, Feel, Choose" Framework:
🧠 Step 1 (Think): When feeling anxious or overwhelmed, pause and acknowledge what thoughts are triggering your emotion.
🌬️ Step 2 (Feel): Allow yourself to fully experience the emotion while intentionally breathing through it for 90 seconds, knowing it’s just a chemical reaction.
🔄 Step 3 (Choose): Once the 90-second wave passes, intentionally choose a different, empowering thought and courageous action.
